Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center and Low Country Christian Counseling Professionals invite you to an educational event filled with networking, good food and a special clinical presentation.
December 5, 2011
Old Village Post House
101 Pitt St.
Mount Pleasant, SC
6-6:30 p.m. | Networking and hors d'oeuvres
6:30-9 p.m. | Complimentary dinner and presentation by Dr. Margaret Nagib, Spirituality Clinical Coordinator, Timberline Knolls: "Ministering to the Spirit and Restoring the Soul: Identifying, Understanding and Healing the Familial Wounds That Create Blocks with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit".
Dr. Nagib discusses the importance of the tripartite nature of man and how it relates with the triune God. She will present the importance of the spirit in healing work and a practical inner healing tool to identify the blocks that keep individuals from fully interacting with the Godhead. This presentation will help clinicians restore the individual's intimacy with God utilizing the core Christian value of forgiveness. This tool, with the guidance of the clinician and the power of the Holy Spirit, identifies and breaks off the lies created by familial wounds that keep individuals from receiving healing. It releases the truth of their identity, who God is, and the freedom and love that He has for each individual.
1.5 CEs will be provided.
Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks; cash bar available.
Information on the "In the Wildflowers" project will be shared. "In the Wildflowers" is a ten-part DVD series with accompanying curriculum targeted at counseling professionals and churches for use with people who have experienced the pain of childhood sexual abuse. The project was created by Restoring the Heart Ministries and is being sponsored by Timberline Knolls.
Space is limited. To register: http://www.timberlineknolls. org/low-country-christian- counseling-professionals- educational-dinner-event/
